Recently, my car started making an alarming sound that led to me pulling off the road while driving down the highway. It then wouldn't start back up. I grabbed my cell phone and went to do a web search to find a local towing company, and I realized I had used up all of my data plan for the month! It was late at night, so I had to call and awaken friends until someone answered who could help. I created this blog to help others avoid the same embarrassment as me. Keep Up on Maintaining the Cooling System
A diesel truck runs at extremely high compression pressure, which puts out a large amount of heat. The high level of heat puts diesel trucks at risk for overheating if the cooling system is not kept in pristine condition. It is very important to have the cooling system in your diesel truck maintained regularly, because unlike a gas powered truck, if the engine in your diesel truck over heats, there is a good chance that it will be permanently damaged and will have to be replaced, which can be very expensive.

Diesel trucks need to intake a lot of air in order to run properly, so it is essential to keep the engine air filtration system in good repair. One of the keys to maintaining the engine air filtration system is ensuring that the engine filter element is changed when it becomes clogged or dirty.
