I drive an older car that I always knew would break down some day in a bad place and need towed. Recently, my car started making an alarming sound that led to me pulling off the road while driving down the highway. It then wouldn't start back up. Although no one likes to be the cause of someone needing to deal with something like retrieving their car once it has been towed, there are many times when having a car towed is something that must be done. A car is in a hazardous location
If a car is parked where it can increase the chances of there being an accident, then the car needs to be moved.
